1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as name, email, and phone number when signing up, submitting a contact form, or opting in to communications) and usage data generated as you interact with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate and improve the Dreamteam REI platform, communicate with you about your account, send relevant updates, and provide customer support.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

Dreamteam REI sends text messages only to people who have given express written consent by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by providing their mobile number and verbally agreeing to text follow-up during a call with our team. Consent is never assumed from the presence of a phone number, is never a condition of any purchase, and is recorded with the exact consent language shown and the date and time it was given.

Where consent is collected. We operate three opt-in forms, each on our Contact page, and each with its own consent language describing exactly what that person will receive:

  • General inquiry — you ask us a question and agree to receive our replies by text.
  • Investor / cash buyer list — you give us your buy box and agree to receive wholesale and off-market property deals that match it, plus follow-up on deals you respond to.
  • Seller / cash offer request — you submit a property and agree to receive your offer, questions about the property, walkthrough scheduling, and closing updates.

Consent given on one form applies only to the messages that form described. Signing up for deal alerts does not opt you in to anything else, and asking a question does not add you to the buyers list.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies by conversation and by the list you joined, and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out or get help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at thedreamteamrei@gmail.com.

Mobile information is never shared or sold. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party. We use Twilio solely as the technical provider that delivers our messages on our behalf.

4. Email Communications

By opting in to email communications, you consent to receive emails from Dreamteam REI including platform updates, deal alerts, and marketing information. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at thedreamteamrei@gmail.com.

5. Phone Call Communications

By opting in to phone call communications, you consent to be contacted by Dreamteam REI via phone regarding your inquiry, account, or platform updates. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, subject to strict confidentiality obligations. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are excluded from this sharing entirely: they are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
