Learn the CRM in an afternoon.

16 guided walkthroughs of the real screens, from your first deal to 10DLC compliance. Every tour below is a working replica of what you will see when you log in.

Start here: the whole deal, start to finish

One deal from a pasted listing link to closed, with the AI team doing the work. Every screen in it is covered step by step below.

Animated movie of the Dreamteam CRM closing a deal end to end: a deal is created from a Zillow link, the AI team analyzes it, submits the offer through the team Realtor, blasts 1,284 buyers, assigns the contract at full asking price, and closes it.

Deals & Pipeline

Get a property in, price it, and move it to closed.

01Add your first deal

Paste a listing link and the CRM fills in the address, beds, baths and square footage for you.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Deal Pipeline from the sidebar and click Add Deal.

  2. 2

Paste a Zillow or listing URL into the blue Zillow Link box. Address, beds, baths and sqft import automatically.

  3. 3

Pick the pipeline this deal belongs to and set its starting status.

  4. 4

Click Create Deal. It lands in your first stage, ready to work.

Tip. No link? Switch to manual entry and type the address. Everything else can be filled in later.

02Move deals through the pipeline

Drag a card between stages, or let an AI agent move it for you.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Choose which pipeline to view from the dropdown. You can run separate pipelines for wholesale, flips and rentals.

  2. 2

Drag any deal card into the next stage. The change saves instantly for everyone on the team.

  3. 3

Open a card to change the status from inside the deal instead.

  4. 4

Stages are yours to rename in Admin → Preferences.

Tip. Assign a Deal Agent and it will move deals for you as the numbers and replies come in.

03Pull comps and set ARV

Recent sales within a half mile, and a suggested after-repair value you can push onto the deal.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open a deal and scroll to ARV & Comparable Sales.

  2. 2

Click Run Comps. The CRM pulls recent nearby sales and works out average price per square foot.

  3. 3

Review the comps. Anything that does not belong can be excluded.

  4. 4

Apply the suggested ARV and every calculator on the deal updates with it.

Tip. Comps feed the calculators directly, so run them before you make an offer.

04Run the deal calculators

Wholesale, fix and flip, buy and hold, and creative finance, all wired to the deal.

3 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open a deal and choose the calculator that matches your exit.

  2. 2

ARV and repairs pull straight from the deal, so you usually only adjust one or two fields.

  3. 3

Hit Calculate for your max allowable offer and your spread.

  4. 4

Export a PDF to send to a seller, a buyer, or a lender.

Tip. Changing repairs re-runs everything live. Use it on a call to negotiate in real time.

Contacts & Leads

Get your lists in, keep them clean, and pull them back out.

05Add a contact

Sellers, buyers, contractors and lenders, each with their own type and history.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Contacts and click Add Contact.

  2. 2

Enter a name and pick a contact type. Types drive your filters and your blast audiences later.

  3. 3

Add phone and email. Both become click-to-message from the Message Hub.

  4. 4

Save. Every call, text and email with that person now files itself under their record.

Tip. Make your own types in Manage Types, for example JV partner or title rep.

06Import leads from a CSV

Bring a skip-traced list, a county export or a PropStream pull straight in.

3 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

    From Contacts, click Import CSV.

  2. 2

Drop your file in. The CRM reads the header row and counts your records.

  3. 3

Map each column in your file to a Dreamteam field. Common headers are matched for you.

  4. 4

Run the import. Duplicates merge into existing contacts instead of creating doubles.

Tip. Import in batches by list, for example absentee owners separately from cash buyers, so your audiences stay clean.

07Build lead lists and export

Group contacts into lists you can blast, filter or hand to a VA.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Lead Lists from the Contacts page.

  2. 2

Pick a list to see who is on it and when it last changed.

  3. 3

Click Export to pull it back out as a CSV, with the fields you actually use.

  4. 4

Lists feed the blast audiences, so a clean list is a better campaign.

Tip. Your cash buyers list doubles as the buy box the Dispositions agent matches against.

Communication

Text, email and stay on the right side of the carriers.

08Work the Message Hub

Every text and email with every contact, in one inbox.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Message Hub. Conversations are listed newest first, across SMS and email.

  2. 2

Click a thread to read the full history with that contact.

  3. 3

Type your reply and send. It goes out from your business number, not your personal phone.

  4. 4

Everything you send is logged on the contact and on any deal they are attached to.

Tip. An AI agent can watch a thread and answer first, then hand it to you when it matters.

09Build a template and blast it

Drag-and-drop emails that fill themselves from the deal.

3 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Email Templates and start a new one, or edit a template you already use.

  2. 2

Blocks pull live from the deal: photo, address, asking price and the analysis grid.

  3. 3

Choose your audience. Any lead list works as a send group.

  4. 4

Send. Watch opens and replies come back in the same screen.

Tip. Compliance is handled for you: every send carries an unsubscribe link and your business address.

10Set up 10DLC compliance

Carriers require A2P registration before any business texting. Three steps, done once.

5 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Go to Admin Panel → Communications and open A2P 10DLC Compliance.

  2. 2

Step 1, Business Profile: submit your legal business name, EIN and address to TrustHub.

  3. 3

Step 2, Brand Registration: register that business with The Campaign Registry.

  4. 4

Step 3, Campaign Registration: describe your use case and provide sample messages.

  5. 5

Each step shows Pending until the carrier approves it. Approval usually takes a few days.

Tip. Start this on day one. You cannot send business SMS until it is approved, and approval is not instant.

AI & Automation

Put the repetitive work on autopilot.

11Set up an AI agent

Describe the job in plain English and the agent works your pipeline around the clock.

4 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open AI Agents and pick the agent type you need. The Deal Agent is available now.

  2. 2

Name it. The name shows on every update it posts, so your team knows who did what.

  3. 3

Set the pipeline it works and the tone it uses with sellers.

  4. 4

Describe the job in plain English. Be specific about when it should act and when it should escalate.

  5. 5

Toggle it Active and save. It starts on the next lead that comes in.

Tip. Start with one agent on one pipeline. Once you trust its updates, widen the job.

12Turn on the Dreamteam

A full AI roster that hands work to each other: manager, acquisitions, analysis, dispositions.

3 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Dreamteam Agents. Each agent owns one part of the deal.

  2. 2

Switch on the ones you want. Start with Deal Analysis if you are not sure.

  3. 3

The Manager coordinates: it assigns work and escalates to you when a decision is needed.

  4. 4

Every action they take is logged on the deal, so nothing happens invisibly.

Tip. They work off your own data: your buy box, your pipelines, your templates.

13Build an automation

If this happens, do that. No AI required.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Automations and start a new one.

  2. 2

Pick the trigger: a stage change, a new lead, a reply, a date passing.

  3. 3

Pick what happens: send a text, start a blast, create a task, notify the team.

  4. 4

Turn it on. It runs from that moment forward.

Tip. The highest-leverage one to build first: when a deal hits Under Contract, blast your buyers.

Team & Admin

Seats, branding and the money side.

14Invite your team

Add acquisitions, dispositions and VAs, each with the right level of access.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Team and click Invite Member.

  2. 2

Enter their email and choose a role. Admins manage billing, branding and the team; standard members work deals and contacts.

  3. 3

Send the invite. They get an email and set their own password.

  4. 4

Pending invites show in the list until they accept.

Tip. Give VAs standard access. They can work every deal without touching billing or branding.

15Brand the CRM as yours

Your logo, your color, your workspace name, everywhere your clients look.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Go to Admin Panel and open the Branding tab.

  2. 2

Set your workspace name. It shows in the sidebar and on invites.

  3. 3

Upload your logo and set your brand color.

  4. 4

Save. The whole CRM recolors, including client-facing emails and reports.

Tip. This is what makes the product white-label. Sellers and buyers see your brand, not ours.

16Manage billing and credits

Your plan, your message credits and every invoice in one place.

2 min

Guided walkthrough. Demo data only.

  1. 1

Open Billing to see your current plan and what it includes.

  2. 2

Message credits cover SMS and email sends. The bar shows what is left this cycle.

  3. 3

Top up credits at any time, or change plan as the team grows.

  4. 4

Invoices are listed with their status and are downloadable for your bookkeeper.

Tip. Running a big blast? Top up first. Sends pause when credits run out.

That is the whole product.
