1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dreamteam REI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Dreamteam REI solely for lawful purposes related to real estate investment and deal management. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at thedreamteamrei@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Text Message (SMS) Program

Dreamteam REI operates a text messaging program for people who have given express written consent by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or by providing their mobile number and verbally agreeing to text follow-up during a call with our team. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and we do not text anyone who has not opted in.

We run three separate opt-ins, each describing exactly what it sends: a general inquiry opt-in for replies to your question, including appointment scheduling and follow-up; an investor opt-in for wholesale and off-market deals matching the buy box you gave us, plus follow-up on deals you respond to; and a seller opt-in for your cash offer, questions about your property, walkthrough scheduling, and closing updates. Consent given on one form covers only that form's messages.

Message frequency varies by conversation and by the list you joined, and is typically fewer than 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at thedreamteamrei@gmail.com. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on this platform are the property of Dreamteam REI and Flipify Homes. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that information provided (such as property analysis or deal calculators) constitutes professional financial or legal advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamteam REI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
